| How do start creating my birthday reminders? |
|
| To log-in and start creating birthday reminders we just need your name and email address. |
|
| You can then choose to either import email addresses straight from your webmail account(s) or enter the email addresses manually. |

| What happens next? |
|
| A birthday request email is sent out asking your family/friends if they would like to add their birthday to your list. A link in the email will lead them to a page where they can enter their birthday details directly into your account! |

| *Your family/friends will receive a total of 3 polite birthday request emails - The first instantly, the second 7 days later and the final one after 14 days. |

| How do I add more reminders? |
|
| Once logged in simply click �add more reminders� at the bottom of the �my reminders� page. You will then be given the option to either import the email addresses straight from your webmail accounts or enter email addresses manually. |

| We will then send an email asking your family/friends if they would like to add their birthday to your list. When they respond with their names and birthdays, the details will automatically appear in your list of reminders. Thereafter, you will always receive an email reminding you of their birthdays! |

| How do I change an existing birthday reminder? |
|
| When viewing your list of reminders on the �my reminders� page, click the edit icon next to the reminder that you�d like to change. This will enable you to correct the name, email address and/or birth date of this reminder. |

| How do I change my registered name/email address etc? |
|
| To edit any of your personal settings, click on �my account� at the top-right of the page. This will enable you to change your name, email address, password and/or timezone. |

| How do I change my password? |
|
| Once signed in you can change your password at any time by clicking on �my account� at the top-right hand side of the page, then click on �change password�. |

| How do I delete an existing reminder? |
|
| When viewing your list of reminders on the �my reminders� page, click the X icon next to the reminder that you�d like to remove. You will then be asked to confirm. |

| Will any of my personal information be shared or sold to other companies? |
|
| Absolutely not! We would never share or sell any of your personal information with/to any third party. |

| Why am I not receiving any reminders? |
|
| You may have registered a wrong email address with us or have recently changed email addresses. To edit any of your personal settings, click on �my account� at the top-right hand side of the page and input your correct details. |
